TISOU Pty Ltd currently ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues or other circumstances outside our control.

All Australian orders include tracking to ensure transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

6. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:
