Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation as proof of purchase.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is authorised and verified.In some cases, processing may take up to 7 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping Locations

Australia Only

TISOU Pty Ltd currently ships within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days

  • Cost: $14.99

Express Shipping

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days

  • Cost: $19.99

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments

Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout may result in delivery delays. TISOU Pty Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

All Australian orders include tracking to ensure transparency and peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

5. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak periods or unforeseen events

TISOU Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
order@tisou.com.au

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please:

  • Check common delivery locations

  • Ask neighbours or building management

If the parcel cannot be located, contact us at order@tisou.com.au and we will work with the courier to investigate.
